Dale & Shari's Beef Stroganoff (michele's April Meal)

4 cups beef cubes
can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream

Beef in slow cooker
cover with mushroom soup (mixed with milk)
Cover on Low 8 hours or High 4-5 hours
Before serving stir in sour cream


Serve over cooked rice, pasta, or baked potatoes
