I'm making cream cheese chicken for the crockpot

I'm in: Easy Cheesy Vegetable-Chicken Chowder1 cup small broccoli flowerets1 cup frozen loose-pack whole kernel corn1/2 cup water1/4 cup chopped onion1.5 teas dried thyme2 cups mile1.5 cups chopped cooked chicken1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of potato soup3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheesedash pepperIn a large saucepan combine broccoli, corn, water, onion, and thyme.Bring to boiling; reduce head. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until veg. are tender. Do not drain.Stir milk, chicken, potato soup, the 3/4 cup cheese, and pepper into vegetable mixture.Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts and mixture is heated through.Sprinkle with cheeseThe soup is already cooked....just reheat and serve after defrosted.Simply reheat and serve
